By utilizing our service the clients/candidates are agreed their acceptance of the following terms and conditions. We have the right to stop the free service/promotional activities or to change the terms and conditions at any time and it will be updated in the job portal. The clients and candidate have the right to remove their account at any time without a prior notice. Definitions:
The term “Hike HR Solutions” is an online recruitment job portal/career portal/website for the ‘Candidates’ and prospective ‘Employers’ to seek, share and process their candidates for job opportunities from the employer.
The term “Employer” or “Employers” means who access/visit/register Hike HR Solutions job portal to advertise a job or utilizing the Hike HR Solutions services for the purpose of seeking candidates for employment.
The term “Candidate” or “Candidates” means who access/visit/register Hike HR Solutions job portal to search for a job or in any other capacity except as an Employer.
The term “Client” or “Clients” means the person/establishments/vendors/sub vendors/advertisers/service providers & those who are using www.Hike HR Solutions for any kind of uses permitted by www.Hike HR Solutions including candidates and employers registered with www.Hike HR Solutions to utilize the service of www.Hike HR Solutions.
The term “Premium Client” means the clients with an active Business Package of Hike HR Solutions.
The term “Company Profile” means the professional summary of the business activities and its address created/provided by the Employer/Employers.
The term “Candidate Profile” means the details provided by the candidate to evaluate his personal attributes and skills to the employers. Candidate Registration:
To register on the Hike HR Solutions job portal the candidate must be 17 years of age or above and by registering the candidate agreed that you are 17 years of age or above. The candidate agreed that the details provided/supplied/entered by you for registration or at any time are correct and complete. If any changes to the provided information, it is the responsibility of registered member to update the details periodically.
Hike HR Solutions allows the candidate to a free and limited access of this job portal for employment purpose. The candidate can apply the job after successful registration with Hike HR Solutions job portal. The registration and job application process are free of cost.
Fees and Service Charges Applicable for Candidates:
Hike HR Solutions provides both Free and Premium Service for the candidates.
After preliminary screening from Hike HR Solutions, employers can directly contact the candidates till completion of recruitment process. Hike HR Solutions do not take any responsibilities in Free Service during the communication/ misunderstanding/ contract/interview process between the Candidate and Employer.
Premium Service offers various skill/technology/personality training/online training/study materials/salary negotiation and personal assistance from preliminary screening to offer letter from the Employer. This would include necessary support to arrange travelling and stay facility for those who relocate to Bangalore, Mysore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cochin, Calicut, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai. Executive service is limited and do not available all the time, so prior confirmation from Hike HR Solutions is mandatory to avail any of this service.
The amount charged for any of the service will be refundable within 21 working days if Hike HR Solutions cannot provide the offered service with in the specified time frame.
Payments and Refunds:
Clients acknowledge & admit here by the sole discretion of Hike HR Solutions regarding the refund of fees, service charges or any payment. Hike HR Solutions provides to its clients 100% refund in absence/failure of its services as offered. The services are provided to clients by Hike HR Solutions & the client not utilized it, in such cases no refund approved by Hike HR Solutions. Once Hike HR Solutions’s clients agreed and based on it Hike HR Solutions releases respective call letter/interview letter/appointment letter to the client and the client/clients failed/absent in the pre-planned informed arranged the said letter’s scenario such as ‘’call letter/interview letter/appointment letter’’ no refund will be approved by Hike HR Solutions and if any refund request received, action on it will be under the sole discretion of Hike HR Solutions.
Suspension or Cancellation of Service:
Once Hike HR Solutions’s clients agreed and based on it Hike HR Solutions releases respective interview call letter/appointment letter to the client and the client/clients failed/absent in the pre-planned informed arranged the said letter’s scenario such as ‘’interview call letter/appointment letter’’ those clients accounts will be suspended for six months. Re activation of the account is required to enjoy /entertain any kind of services from Hike HR Solutions offered prior and all such service offers will be suspended with prior effect. Without prior notice to the clients at any circumstances. Once Hike HR Solutions’s clients agreed and based on it Hike HR Solutions releases respective call letter/interview letter/appointment letter to the client and the client/clients failed/absent in the pre-planned informed arranged the said letter’s scenario such as ‘’call letter/interview letter/appointment letter’’ for them to release next call letter/interview letter/appointment letter they have to bear Rupees 1,000/-(One Thousand Rupees) and tax for each. Fees, service charges or payment should be done at the time and date or as per terms described in Hike HR Solutions invoice. Payments, fees, service charges to Hike HR Solutions doesn’t happen in time or delay in Payments, fees, service charges to Hike HR Solutions will lead to interest @ 9.5% per annum or fines to clients those who are responsible. The given figure / sum in invoice of Hike HR Solutions always including all taxes at the time of law of land or existing country of Hike HR Solutions. You acknowledge here by all refund of payment done from or to Hike HR Solutions will be at the sole discretion of Hike HR Solutions.
Additional Terms Applicable For Candidates:
Candidate should conform candidate’s profile’s accuracy before uploading or registering. Given all mandatory fields should be filled by candidates and true to best of candidate’s knowledge. Hike HR Solutions allows candidate a limited and suspend able permission to use Hike HR Solutions website for job search, apply for suitable jobs and upload or download candidate’s resume or profile and call letter or interview letter for strictly non-commercial personal use. While generating an account in Hike HR Solutions candidate have to provide a valid email id with other information needed. Candidate are not supposed to be used any type of abusive or disqualifying words towards anybody while using Hike HR Solutions. Candidate solely agree and acknowledge that candidates are responsible for all consequences against candidate’s r profile created or uploaded in Hike HR Solutions. You agreed and allowed to Hike HR Solutions to use candidate’s profile for collecting third parties including government agencies, private, public firms or recruiters etc.
Informations or offers & transfer or handover the data uploaded by candidates, agreed to receive informations based on candidate’s profile to your given email id or phone number from Hike HR Solutions or by any third parties. Candidates agree and acknowledge that candidates haven’t any rights on your Hike HR Solutions account and its whole rights reserved in Hike HR Solutions website. At any circumstances candidate’s Hike HR Solutions account may be suspended or deleted after the suspension or deletion of candidate’s Hike HR Solutions account candidate cannot able to see or retain the data saved or uploaded by candidate, the whole data created/uploaded by candidate will be completely removed. Some times after account deletion data will be remain in Hike HR Solutions for a limited days due to the respective sever delay. After cancellation of candidate’s account from Hike HR Solutions, uploaded data or profiles may be exist in third parties if they downloaded and saved before account deletion/cancellation.
